Bishop William Sebagala took over Luweero Diocese in difficult times in summer 2023 as caretaking bishop.
He served 8 months until official coronation of 4 th bishop of Luweero Dioces Wilson Kisekka
Rt. Rev Bishop Eridard K. Nsubuga was 3rd bishop of Luweero Diocese and in charge from 2015 - 2023
3rd Bishopf of Luweero Diocese was Rev. Evans Mukasa Kisekka. He served as Bishop from 1996 - 2014, longest time of 18 years. Under him many constructions like Luweero Diocese Guesthouse, Bishop"s house and renovation of St. Mark Cathedral were undertaken.
1st Bishop of new Luweero Diocese was Rev. Mesuseera Bugimbi from 1992 - 1996. He built offices for the diocese and trained the 2nd Bishop Kisekka who underserved him for 6 years.
